2. DESCRIPTION / MEANIG / PURPOSE

a. This cartoon takes place  in a office. I can see two men, one's using her computer and the other one is standing next to his desk, he's listening to him. I notice that both of them aren't wearing casual clothes so I think it's an uniform composed a green skirt, and a blue trousers. One has red hair and the  second has the second to baldness. They are probably co-workers because they are wearing the same clothes. The one in front of the computer is happy and the other is perplexed.

b. The cartoonist meant that there existed a group where people have problems with the internet, it gathers on the internet. It is ironical.

3. IMPACT / VIEWPOINT / BRANCHING OUT 

a. I think this drawing is representative of today's world because more and more people are addicted to the internet and can not do without.

b. I think this drawing is representative of today's world because more and more people are addicted to the internet and can not do without.

c. I think this is a real problem because globally web junkies spend less time working, thinking or doing housework.
They give less importance to rest and are more willing to sacrifice their sleep time and most of them are lonely.

The association "march for our lives" denouces the legalisation of guns in United-States and the death that it generates, about 0,1% of the american population. In their own words : We demand bold action to end the Gun Violence Epidemic . Their most famous mottos are "NEVER AGAIN", "STOP GUN VIOLENCE" or "PROTECT KIDS NOT GUNS" Their mission  "To harness the power of young people across the country to fight for sensible gun violence prevention policies that save lives."     🚷 NEW TECHNOLOGY : WATER-SPRAYING POLES 🚷   For me the best example of the help that new technologies offer is in China. They are water-spraying poles (as shown in the pictures below) for the pedestrians who don't respect the rules. The Chinese province of Hubei came up with the idea of installing lines of yellow poles on two sides of a crossover capable of detecting pedestrians who forcing the zebra crossing and sprinkling them with water. Examples of these poles, in Daye, Hubei Province. Road accidents can be avoided in the simplest of ways. It consists first and foremost of a respect for road safety also valid for pedestrians. How many pedestrians try, every day, to "force" the pedestrian crossing while the little guy is red ? Decisions that can lead to dramatic consequences.
